debbiepetito15 @miamiamoore once you make a purchase on Posh, you will receive a request to accept the purchase and the option to rate ( 1-5 stars) and give feedback on the item you purchased. The feedback you give is considered a “love note” 😊. I always like to rate and give love notes as it is a special way of saying thank you! Hope that helps! 😊
