za4330 Hello, I’m the seller who sold you the Burberry bag. If you can check with the Usps note that would be great! They’ve trying to deliver your package but have no access to your house. Maybe you have a gate? Or if you can pick up the item that would be awesome! Let me know if you have any question!

michellec98 @za4330 hello! So I’ve tried contacting them and they say they don’t have the package. I was home when they claimed to have delivered but the mail lady came with no package in hand only our home mail.

za4330 @michellec98 hello thanks for replying! On tracking it doesn’t say it had been delivered. It said they’ll redeliver again the next business day. Sometimes when they fail to notify you the package is usually at your home Usps. You can simply go to the usps and ask for your package. Sometimes it may be at the back. Let me know if you had gone to the Usps in person? Thanks!
