iloverios @joannatopham yup! The right shoulder strap was broken and tied back together. Is this news to you? It shouldn't be. It's how you sent it.

joannatopham @iloverios oh my goodness, I am so sorry! I just checked my description and I did forget to put that the strap is broken. I did however buy it like that though so I am not the one that tied it. I totally understand and you can ship it back to me if you are unhappy with it. Again I totally apologize and I am so very sorry for what happened! :(
