joannfitzlgrube @michellebateman Okay, so, I just got back from the post office - The shoe box is unusually large, so there wasn’t a priority box of exactly the right size, so my friend at the post office did a lot of the packing.

joannfitzlgrube @michellebateman The outside box looks, honestly, like a monstrosity of tape and cardboard that I’m a little ashamed of, but I promise you the shoes are well padded in the actual shoe box as well as water proofed with bags. He also forgot to put my note and nice paper inside, but you know I appreciate you!
