Hi Michelle-I wanted to let you know that I’m not happy with the grade of the leather on the back portion of the Dooney that you purchased. It shows on the listing photo but not to the fullest extent.

I stand behind what I sell and would not feel right shipping the bag to you without telling you. I have the warranty on the bag and I plan on contacting Dooney. Should you be interested in the bag, I will discount it. If not, I understand.
