heythereitsmejo Hi Milissa! There was an issue at the dry cleaners with the dress and the spots aren’t coming out. They’re small and the dress is ruffled, so it wouldn’t be totally noticeable. However, if you would like a refund just let me know. I can post a couple pictures on the listing so you can see what they look like and you can decide from there.
