angela510 @m712jane i provided you the batch code number to verify it’s real. You said the number showed that it was more than 3 years old, it was manufactured in 2016. There is absolutely nothing wrong with it, it was stored in a hat box in a dark place. I would never sell anything that’s off. At least I provide batch codes. You’re selling foundations without providing it & that goes on your face.

If they had asked, I would have provided it because I see the value in checking the batch codes. I will make sure to always include that on products in the future. That is valuable feedback, and I will use that to improve.
