jeansandmore12 @mletisha Good afternoon, if you sold the item a few days ago, then the money is not yet available. On your sold items, click on ship and it'll tell you if it's still in transit or if it's delivered. Once the item is delivered, the buyer has 72 hours to file a claim or receive the item.

jeansandmore12 @mletisha If they receive the item and the buyer is satisfied then the funds are will become available right away. If the buyer doesn't do anything, then there's a 72 hour wait until Poshmark releases the funds. Hope this helps.

jeansandmore12 @mletisha Excellent! Now go to your "My Balance" Then you funds should be a green color. Go ahead and click on REDEEM BALANCE. There you'll find your bank info. where the funds will be deposited to. Press submit. You should receive the funds within 1-2 days.
