marigold1959 I received the Yigal dress.. it was thrown in a bag it smells and it’s dirty I don’t believe that this was not worn.... disgraceful to send this to somebody!!!

oliviagraye @marigold1959 what are you talking about. It’s brand new dress, I took it off the hanger examined it fully. It’s never been touched, I bought it at their sample sale. It did not smell. I folded it nicely and put it in a pouch. I don’t understand how you can say this?

marigold1959 @oliviagraye It was not wrapped it was not even folded nicely it has two stains and Pull... and smells and no thank you note... it was sent in a mailing plastic bag... what pouch🤷🏼‍♀️ and two plastic garment tags from tagging or retagging

oliviagraye @marigold1959 this is so strange what does sending you a note have to do w it. This brand originally costs over $1000. Got for an amazing price. It’s a beautiful all embroidered dress. This is a brand new dress NEVER BEEN WORN. All my reviews are excellent. I’m sorry you feel this way.

A wrinkled mess .. i2 small brown spots and a slight worn mark going thru fabric.... it was s shop worm.... i have worked with n the fashion industry for decades and have personally worked with Yigal:.. it doesn’t matter if i paid 1$ or 1000)$ your presentation was not acceptable!!....
