candiedneon @willy65 It is a vintage item, so it is possible. The measurement is a standard suit measurement: taken flat across the chest/back, buttoned with the sleeves raised. It is approximately 56" around, therefore, approximately a size 52, as suits sizes are 4 inches smaller than their actual chest measurement. There is no size tag inside.
