lunarophelia @jaimelesrobes Yes, I have a pair of wool for my Cherry Red ones because they're a mens 8 and they're a tad too big and the heels rub. The Balsam is in a black tin. It is not the spray. It is like a wax. I had to take it down because people were thinking I was looking for it. It is a black tin with yellow wording on the tin. I can post it again for you if you'd like so you can make sure you get the right tin...that will not be an issue.

vsuarez123 Melanie, the Zoe hand crocheted top is beautiful however I noticed as soon as I took it out of the packaging that the right sleeve is unraveling and half of one of the edge “scallop” design at the sleeve is already gone. There are also strings around the top that may start unraveling if pulled. I don’t know if it can be fixed but I don’t know anyone that does hand crochet. I have not tried on because I’m afraid it will unravel more

Go ahead and open a case for Poshmark to review. If you need help with that, I can walk you through it. If you can take photos of the areas in question to include with the case submission, that will help tremendously. You’re happiness with the PM experience with me is of utmost importance, so I’ll accept sweater back if needed.

roccadoodle I shipped out your Orla Kiely tote earlier today…I must apologize for the packaging irregularities. I encountered a dilemma when I went to the USPO. This is my first Posh sale and I didn’t realize that there wouldn’t be any Priority Mail boxes that were well-suited to the size of the tote. I did my best to craft an effective shipping solution from the options available because I didn’t want to wait until Wednesday (when I’ll be able to go back) and have your order delayed.
