mclaybrook @beautyfilms yeah the hat was bent up I guess from packaging. Doesn’t look like it does in the photos from the original post

beautyfilms @mclaybrook I’m very sorry to hear that, it is such a beautiful hat. Unfortunately that was the largest box available for shipping. Hopefully it will fall when laid out or perhaps hung up in the bathroom during a hot shower for steam. The straw is malleable and should adjust quickly back to form. Again, my sincere apologies.
