lasportiva Hi, I ordered New balance Women"s size 7.5 Medium from you. I received Kid's size 6, as stated on the box and on the shoes, and they do not fit. I opened a return with Poshmark , who claim the item is as described despite the pictures I sent, and will not authorize a return. Can you help me with a return? My Order Id is 61cdf0ae84bb0b4f0afe2315. Do you have my email from the order # or do we need to communicate some other way?

koppmolly @lasportiva hi! The big kids size 6 is the equivalent to a womens size 7.5!

lasportiva @koppmolly It's not cut the same. The toe box is not as wide and it's tight on my toes.

lasportiva @koppmolly They are not the same shoe. I don't see a way to send you pictures, but I sent Poshmark pictures of the Kids 6 you sent me and of my old Women's 7.5 B showing that the Women's 7.5B is 3/8 inch wider at the widest part of the forefoot and about 1/4 inch longer than the Kids 6. The toe of the Women's shoe is also wider and more rounded and not as pointy as the Kids shoe. The Kids shoe does not fit me and I wouldn't have ordered it ifit had been listed as Kids 6 rather than Women's 7.5

lasportiva You can no longer maintain the fiction that Kids 6 & Women’s 7.5 are the same, yet you refuse to respond for 2 1/2 days so far. Do you really think this is the way to grow your business? All the other sellers I’ve ever bought from knew their reputation for trustworthiness is more important than one sale.

koppmolly @lasportiva hi! I’m sorry they Don’t fit as you had hoped. I certainly value how my costumers view my shop (I apologize for the late response), but if you look at my post of these shoes I am fairly transparent in saying the “womens size 7.5 = big kids size 6”! I’ve sold many of these along with other pairs that are similar and have never had a problem.

lasportiva As I said, and as the pictures I sent to Poshmark show, the forefoot of the Women’s 7.5 is 3/8”wider, the Women’s 7.5 is 1/4 “ longer, and the toebox is much wider and rounder on the Women’s 7.5 compared with the Kids 6. The Kids 6 doesn’t fit right, and fit is essential in a running shoe. Will you accept a return?
