fashiongoldmine Hi, I looked in my sales history and it says the order for the Hermes wallet was cancelled. They never sent me an email or anything. Did they give you a reason why? Maybe they thought the wallet wasn’t authentic, but it definitely is. I’ve never had this happen before.

gr8skin @fashiongoldmine I just checked. They cancelled because they said they received an empty package. There was nothing to authenticate because the wallet wasn’t in the package. They are refunding my money. Bummer cuz I went on Etsy and had a color coordinated matching strap made to go with the exact color of the wallet to make it a crossbody. Do you still have the wallet?

gr8skin @fashiongoldmine I just reread the message they sent me which said “rejected or empty package”. So maybe they did receive it but inspected it and rejected it as fake. Perhaps you should get in touch with them

fashiongoldmine @gr8skin I have already messaged them asking to have someone re-authenticate the wallet. The wallet is definitely in the package so it must have been rejected. Hopefully they will get back to me with a second opinion before they ship it back. I would never sell a fake knowingly, I apologize for this experience and I hope it gets sorted out.

gr8skin @fashiongoldmine yes me too! I really wanted that wallet. Did you buy it from an Hermes store? Perhaps if you had the receipt from Hermes that would help prove its authenticity?

fashiongoldmine @gr8skin I did not purchase it directly from Hermes, I purchased it from a reputable seller. I am pretty experienced with authenticating and am absolutely positive of the wallets authenticity, but I’ll get down to the bottom of it, if I have to provide my own authenticity from somewhere else if they send it back I will.

fashiongoldmine @gr8skin Poshmark just emailed me and told me the package came with nothing inside of it and that they have opened an investigation into what happened with the wallet. This is devastating. Someone must have stolen it out of the box.

gr8skin @fashiongoldmine oh my gosh that is crazy! What the heck?! I can’t believe it. Wow! Well they supposedly refunded me the money but so how are you going to get your money back? Was the package insured for the full amount. That is just so awful. I’m so so sorry.
