greport @moemoez Hello!! I just realized that I shipped you the wrong shoes, I am so sorry! They are also the exact same color, by Naturalizer, and the same size (7.5). They’re in my closet if you’d like to see which ones they are. I am so embarrassed 🙈 Poshmark has ways of correcting this if you decide you don’t want the ones I sent. The ones I did send you are very similar - give them a chance and if you decide you don’t want them, I’d be more than happy to work out the exchange. Again, I’m sorry!

moemoez @greport hi! If they are the open toe ones, I’m sorry But those wont do. I bought the shoes to wear to work and I have to wear closed toe at work. Do you want me to return the shoes? Shipping?

greport @moemoez Yes, they are the open toed ones. I totally understand, when you receive them, poshmark gives you the option of returning them (they will provide a label) and you’ll get a refund.

greport @moemoez They’re for sale! I still have them. Give me a bit to inquire with Poshmark on how exactly I can send you the right ones. If they can provide a new label for me to send them to you, that would be awesome. But if they can’t, I think you’ll just have to return those back to me and then re-purchase them (I can put another listing for the same shoes). I’ll do some research and let you know what they say. ☺️

greport @moemoez thanks for opening the case! Poshmark literally just responded to the email I sent them. It says that you should open a case, which you just did! :) So sorry again for the hassle, I feel so bad!

greport @moemoez looks like poshmark is going to send you a shipping label to your email that you can attach to the package to return it; once I receive it, you’ll get a refund. If you’re interested in the shoes, you’ll have to re-order them. Just let me know if you are, then I’ll put up the listing again! 😊
