maryl1972 Hi Morgan, before I mail the skirt you just purchased, I want you to know that it is listed New with tags, and it is new and never worn. It did not, however, have tags. It came in a plastic bag, which I opened before I realized it didn’t have tags attached. I wanted you to know just in case the discrepancy in the listing affects whether you still want to purchase! I can mail today if you are okay with that, but if not, I can cancel.
