wendimb You got your closet started. Congratulations! Now what do you do? I have lots of tips in my closet if you need a place to start. Here is an example: Tip - If someone asks you to take the transaction off of Poshmark (they want you to email them, call them, or go to another site), it's almost always a scam. Don't do it.

thestylingroom @nadiab4 hi Nadia! Make sure you take clear covershots that will attract people to your listings! Have detailed descriptions and make sure you're closet is 100% compliant. Follow other users, and most importantly...SHARE!

thestylingroom @nadiab4 share your own closet items to every relevant party and to your followers no less than 3 times a day. When you have time, share other user's items that you to your followers. You'll find these items by browsing through other closets, looking through different party showrooms, and viewing your feed :).

thestylingroom @nadiab4 you can view the guidelines and etiquette by going to your main menu. It's the same icon you click on to get your closet. It's the men where you view "my sales", "purchases", and "posh stats". At the top it says posh etiquette, and view my guidelines :). Click on those and review everything, so you can maximize your shares!

thestylingroom @nadiab4 if someone bought it already, you'll need to figure out your customer service plan. If it's something you can't take a loss for due to the mistake, you can leave them a comment on the listing and be honest about it. Then you can go to the my sales tab and cancel the order on your end.

thestylingroom @nadiab4 OR you can chalk it up to a beginners mistake, take the loss, and ship it...you could end up with a repeat customer out of it :).
