stlstylist Hi there! I saw your offer for the Sergio Rossi heels. I’d love for you to have them but I can’t go that low because of all the Posh fees. megbrynnmom Hi! I just received the "Special Occasion Duster". While the photo is beautiful, I have never seen so much glitter fallout before. I am not sure how to proceed. I can't even try it on due to the glitter issue.

naudige1 @megbrynnmom hi 👋🏽 The glitter shedding is noted in the item description. My recommendation is to shake it out in an outdoor/specific area for the excess glitter to fall before wearing. It is still a very beautiful duster. I’m not sure how else i can help. If you are still unsatisfied with your purchase, please follow the steps recommended by the app.

megbrynnmom Thank you for your response. I did see that is was prone to shedding, but I was not anticipating the severity. I will try shaking it outside when I return home and will let you know how it works.

megbrynnmom Gave it many good shakes outside, but still dropping large amounts of glitter. I’m going to have my husband try and help me one more time. Perhaps if he holds it while I shake it? I’ll will updated again.

naudige1 @megbrynnmom hi again, I hope that the duster is wearable after shaking off the excess glitter. I was notified that the item was accepted. I purchased this item for a maternity photo shoot that never happened so I wasn’t aware at just how much it would shed. Would love to know how it worked out. Thanks

megbrynnmom I have not yet accepted the item as I haven’t had a chance to have my husband help me shake it out. After my initial try, it was still dropping huge amounts of glitter. Making it unwearable are this point as it’s needed for a cruise. Will update again

naudige1 @megbrynnmom ok, so after 3 days of receipt of the item, poshmark releases the earnings if no issues have been reported by the buyer. If you are still not satisfied with your purchase, I will gladly return the earnings I made from your purchase to you off of the app. I, too, was not aware of the severity of the shedding and take pride in the items I sell.

megbrynnmom Hi! Yes, I was unaware of the release time issue. You obviously take pride in your store to offer the return. Unfortunately, after the money was released I started really scrubbing at the sparkles since it would not matter if I damaged the item.
