jeanih @nancy662 hi Nancy, I’m sorry about the gold watch. I carefully packaged and in bubble wrap as you can see. It’s very frustrating with USPS as I received a Poshmark package yesterday and the box was completely smashed on all 4 sides!

jeanih @nancy662 Luckily is was a packable travel purse. I do recommend contacting Poshmark regarding the damaged gold watch. My sales credit was $4.55 for the two watches. Again, I am really sorry that you received one watch broken. 😞 I did the best I could do with packaging and bubble wrap. I hope that you felt I did a good job with everything else including fast shipping. Please contact Poshmark as I’m not quite sure what to do? Sincerely, Jeani
