steph0226 Hi there, I’m new to posh and I’ve tried to ask the company questions but they don’t reply. Is there anyway you could help me? How do I check to see if the money I’m owed is going to direct deposit or another way. I’ve sold stuff but not yet paid for it. ????

jonahswhale @steph0226 Hi! I notice your closet says you’ve been a Posh member since 2013 (I’m a newbie compared to that)! As a Posh ambassador I am always glad to help. Simply click on your account tab at the bottom of the paige, scroll down to “my balance”, click on “redeemable”, and you will be prompted to choose between receiving your funds by check or direct deposit to your bank. It’s that easy! Please let me know if you have any other questions.
