rocksolid1519 Hi Natasha, I just saw your review on the Nine West Shoes. My apologies for the stain, I’m always moving too fast and I grabbed and packed them. I should have inspected them better. Is the black stain perhaps from another shoe sole? Is so it should come off - otherwise I have no idea what it is. It was never my intention to sell a defective item. How can I make it up to you?
