nwilliams5788 @lisayounger thank you! What is the process if a buyer doesn’t like the merchandise after they receive it? What happens if my merchandise is returned to me in a condition worse than I shipped it?

lisayounger @nwilliams5788 a buyer cannot return the product unless you misrepresented it. They cannot return an article of clothing if it does not fit in most instances. If an article is returned PM pays for the shipping on the return. An example of a legitimate return is buying shoes that you posted as size 9 but you shipped the buyer size 10. Hope this helps!

nwilliams5788 @lisayounger Yes! This helps a great deal. I heard of an instance where someone returned an item under the premise that it was damaged and it was not. I have a few expensive things posted and didn’t want that experience.

lisayounger @nwilliams5788 take good pictures of your items when you ship expensive ones. You might also ask PM customers support for other recommendations too.

roomefind In reading comments and your concerns about higher priced items: we actually filmed the packaging of a high end scarf we sold to verify authenticity in case there were claims or replacement of the item for one of inferior quality once it was received. The buyer was actually thrilled when the scarf arrived so it was a non-issue but we did it to cover ourselves. Hope this helps!

roomefind Welcome to Poshmark! One thing I have found helpful in generating sales is to share every item in my closet at least twice a day. Don’t be shy about sharing your stuff with your followers. (This was actually included in the prior post but it contained to many characters so I had to cut and create a second entry)

roomefind @nwilliams5788 congratulations on your sales! Each post has a double arrow box in the lower right of the frame. Click on that and a window will open with the option at the top to share with your followers. Click on that and you should see an indication that it was sent to your followers. Also, when people follow you, follow them back and your numbers will grow quickly. Share from others’ closets and they’ll return the favor. The key is to get your items in front of as many people as possible.
