jacqwell @naduko good morning, I was going to contact you this morning regarding this shipment. On my end it shows “shipment pending scan” so I thought it had not been mailed yet. I have not received the package yet, but when it is delivered I will notify you immediately to put your mind at ease.

naduko @jacqwell ok thank you! the postal service still seems to be experiencing issues, and I've seen packages not start tracking until they were at the destination. I'll follow up with the post office in town if nothing moves by tomorrow. thank you for your understanding and patience!

jacqwell @naduko yes, unfortunately they are still experiencing delays in mailing. I know firsthand because I am a retired postal employee after 31 years and my husband is presently a postal manager. Hopefully in the near future we’ll get back on track again.🤞🏻

naduko @jacqwell I am so sorry for the trouble, and I just filed a case with the post office 23875719. The last time this happened the package I sent took 3 weeks to get where it was going. I'll be sure to give you an update as soon as I hear back from the post office.

naduko @jacqwell I reached out to the post office yesterday for an update and have not heard back yet. I let them know this was to be delivered a week ago and that I had already reached out last Friday I think it was.

jacqwell @naduko I truly appreciate you getting back to me and letting me know the status; I think at this point I am just going to cancel the order for the coat. I really needed it for next week and I don’t think that it’s looking good. If by chance you ever have to coat returned to you, I would be happy to re-purchase it from you.
