marybo23 If it’s an envelope it is the right package. I think somehow I printed 2 labels and sent both to you. I will let Poshmark know you received it but I think you need to let them know too since you’re the buyer. If you can just hold on to the other package for another day I’m trying to get them to issue a shipping label to the correct person. Once again, I apologize for the hassle. I know I’ll never make this mistake again.

marybo23 I’ll find out from them what to do. I’d just have you buy it again but then they’d send another shipping label. We’ll figure it out eventually. At least you have it. It’s so frustrating when you can’t talk to a person.

marybo23 I still have not heard back from Poshmark. I contacted them on Monday and they say it’s usually 24 hours. I sent more info on Tuesday and again today. Hopefully I’ll hear from them by tomorrow. Thanks again for your patience and understanding. Once again, I’m so sorry.

marybo23 I finally heard from Poshmark. They are sending you a label for the package I sent to you by mistake to mail to the right person. They do want to know when it’s sent so if you can let me know I’ll advise them. They didn’t answer about your order, so I’m following up on it. At least you have it! marybo23 Yeah I think problem is solved. I just got an email from Poshmark saying that if you didn’t ship the return item (not forward it but use the original return label) that they would release payment which I think is like considering the sale as having gone thru. So as soon as you ship the package I think everything is fixed. Thanks for you help and willingness to just forward the package.
