erika2008 Hi Nicole Sorry for the Inconvenience i had to Cancell The Off White Murices Wedge Becuase as I was packing them My Baby Girl got a hold of then and put them in her mouth and she is teething she actually put teeth marks on them Sorry Again...Thank you

lularoesara Hi @nicarnoult sorry I was away this weekend and just saw your message. I know like any shirts over time thread balls appear but this was new with tags. How are you washing it? nicarnoult Hi Sara That's just it..... I haven't even washed it yet. I wore it to church 2 Sundays ago and put it back on the hanger. This Sunday I wore it out and by the end of the day, many thread balls were visible.

nicarnoult I am aware that Lularoe stands by their products. I would like to return or exchange the shirt. I have to say I am nervous about the other ones that I ordered as well. Are they going to start doing this as well? It's a brand new shirt but the fabric balls make it look old. With the prices that this brand is sold for I would expect them to have quality product. Please respond and let me know what I can do here

lularoesara @nicarnoult For some reason your most recent response on 9/5 never came through. They were delivered on August 9th and I didn’t hear anything back from you for weeks later. My assumption is that the tag is no longer even in the shirt? If there was an issue with the shirt (and there wasn’t when it was sent out) you should have let me know within Poshmark’s 72 hour review time frame

lularoesara @nicarnoult I am no longer an active LuLaRoe retailer as I am just selling off what remains of my inventory. If you have any issues, take it up with Poshmark but they’ll let you know the same thing I did.
