Nicole, good morning! I mailed your Columbia winter jacket two days ago. USPS still has not scanned it into their system. I do not know what happened. I mailed your package w two others. One of them was scanned into the system, but yours and one other was not. If for some reason, your package is lost, I will cancel your order so you will not be charged. I sincerely apologize. Tammy

@cyrmd12 I’ve never had this happen before. I will goto the post office tomorrow and let you know what they say ASAP. Unfortunately, I dropped all three packages in the oversized packages bin at the counter and did not get a receipt. Yours and another package might be lost. The third package was received my the buyer earlier today. I’m so sorry this happened. I’ll message you tomorrow morning to give you an update.

@cyrmd12 I know! Very happy that you will get it in time for your trip. I went by the post office this morning. They said that I needed to file a missing package report online. The third package still has not been scanned into the system!
