fancy168 Hi I saw your comment about the Rockport boots. You shouldn’t have been asked to pay extra as Poshmark has a flat rate shipping arrangement with USPS as long as weight is below a certain number which is pretty high. I have used the same box and never had any problem. You should contact Poshmark to get a refund for the extra fee.

I tried to dispute the extra charge with the post worker as I said the label is preprinted and is less than 5 lb, but she said it was shipped using the box flat rate, not the label? I’m thinking it might have been the post worker who scanned it in the first place? Just wanted to let you know!

espy_threads i don't see an option to initiate the return yet, as it still says case under review. i'm not sure how the process works, but i'm assuming once that status updates, the return option will be available. hopefully this is the only time i ever have to figure it out...
