Hi , i was checking staus and see you are disputing ir saying not as described. In my thank you card i asked for your 5 star rating or the reason why you couldnt do it. You made a complaint without giving me a chance to lnow whats wrong. Now Posh wants to kniw what i can add to the situation. I told them the truth,i have no idea???. Sorry its not what you wanted but at least give me a chance to fix it. Im upset now

My job is not to make you happy; I'm the customer. Your answer to them should of been "Ill return her money if she returns the dress." There is no way to resolve this other than a refund and sending you the dress back. The dress is way too big and I don't see gaining weight in my future just to fit in it as a solution.

Oh in so sory. fo you kniw Pishmark neverctold me what was wrong, if you had said, hey this doesnt fit its,wayyy to big, i would have asked you to pick another no charge. No reason for all this, i meant give a chance to help if needed.. so did i put the wrong size and the tape measure was wrong?. Hmmmm
