loveninaaaaa @00cm @00cm hey, I asked for a refund because the cardigan was not what I was expecting. I had just purchased the Caroline cardigan from brandy and ended up losing it so I know for sure that the one I had was way shorter and also fitted smaller.

loveninaaaaa @00cm Yours is really loose and long and is one length in the back versus how it's supposed to be shorter. Also I noticed some loose threading in the sleeves. It just didn't seem like the authentic brandy that I had before and for $70, I wasn't quite satisfied. Hope you understand.

loveninaaaaa @00cm I understand you've been a seller. I'm just telling you I'm unhappy with it. It's very large and the style doesn't match up to the Caroline cardigan I had. It's all one length. It was already marked up much higher than the retail value and I don't feel satisfied paying that much for something that is less than what I was expecting.

loveninaaaaa @00cm given that you advertised never worn when the item has visible signs of minor wear with loose threading and stretched material, I'd say that would be a valid reason to request a refund. Obviously it was hard to sell this particular item because it was offered at such a high cost.

loveninaaaaa Had it been the fit advertised (S, which is labeled no where on the item) and length to match the authentic Caroline, I'd be happy to lose $70 over it. Given that's not the case, i don't think it's unreasonable to request a refund. Sorry if you don't agree. We'll let Poshmark decide.
