nschinken @msbease I am so sorry this order was delayed! I dropped the package at the mail room at my work a couple days after your order and it just didn’t get picked up and scanned—no idea if it got pushed aside and missed or what but I’m so so sorry about that!!

nschinken @msbease you should just keep them! I feel terrible about what happened and I’d be bummed if I were you! They were a re-posh that didn’t fit me and I ended up finding another of the same pair I wore for a trip and they were perfect, you need them! I can email posh support if needed to make sure you can still keep them, right?

msbease @nschinken That’s very generous—now I feel terrible! I already bought another pair & I don’t want you to lose out on this sale. I actually owned them before in another size & needed to size down (they’re listed on Posh). They are my favorite pants! Posh sent me a return label, but the pants haven’t arrived yet. I don’t want to be unfair to you or hurt your posh stats. I should have been more patient—I just grew concerned when I didn’t hear from you. You don’t need an XL do you??

nschinken @msbease haha, these pants are the best, it’s true! Okay, no worries either way, as long as you’re covered for the trip. I’m all set with my pant, too, thanks! The shipping delay has never happened to me before— the real problem was I wasn’t checking my app for notifications as I had company in town. I’ve turned my push notifications back on so I never miss messages again- that must have been frustrating and again, I apologize!

msbease The story of these pants has hit the scale of an Icelandic Saga! I finally have them, but I opened the package and washed them thinking they were the second pair I ordered because Posh notified me that the second pair was delivered when really yours were. It's impossible to fathom. In any case, I will get them back to you tomorrow (which is a shame bc I like yours better). Lesson learned? Be patient and trust the process. Honestly, it's the lesson I need to learn in most aspects of my life....

msbease Ha! I wish I were going to Iceland--no, just saying the story of these pants is becoming an epic. I am going to accept your offer to keep the pants because the others are just not as nice and why not have 2 pr of the best pants ever? I am going to send you something a little better than an old magazine, though. But not clothes from my closet--god knows extra clothes you don't really want would not be a good trade!
