lilianasobecki Hi, I have already contacted Poshmark support but would you mind opening a case on the package you just received saying you recipients the wrong item? I am so terribly sorry, I mixed up the shipping labels between your order and someone else’s. Poshmark should be sending both you and the other buyer free, new shipping labels so that you can swap for the correct items you were supposed to receive! Again, I am so sorry.

The lady that was supposed to receive the Patagonia filled a case report that she received the wrong item so if you would like to do the same I think it would help a lot and make this process as easy as possible (: I am so sorry again, this was 100% my fault and a completely honest mistake.
