Hey! I dropped the package at USPS on Thursday and haven’t gotten a shipping label yet. I am working on contacting them but not sure how the hours will work tomorrow with MLK day. Hopefully it will be there soon but I will let you know when I get more info! Sorry for the delay!

Hi! I purchased the new Byblos clutch purse and, though it shows as having been delivered, I didn’t receive it. I have reached out to Poshmark customer service twice and still awaiting a reply. I am so sorry about this, do not want you to think I’m holding up you receiving your $ for this, I just need for them to get back to me. I’m so disappointed because I was really looking forward to receiving it.

@fittyofficial I just got a confirmation from Poshmark that they will refund and keep my earnings. Still, I am pretty upset if someone stole it. First time in my experience with Poshmark but not the first time with USPS unfortunately. I had a box delivered from J Crew torn apart and the most expensive item missing. I always pay extra for UPS now

@wlenaw Hi! I just received confirmation of a refund as well. I live in an apartment so there could have been an issue with my package room after delivery, but it was odd that my package room didn’t send me the usual notification that I received a package, so it’s almost like it wasn’t delivered here at all. Anyway, I’m glad you got your earnings and I again apologize for the delay!
