I can email you the USPS to ship the wrong item to the right person and then I can overnight you the Alice & Olivia item if that helps resolve this faster. Let me know how you’d like to proceed. Hopefully they get back to me today it’s been almost 48hrs

fashionweekgirl @jaimeeko I just submitted the case too and asked for the label. They’re usually pretty responsive. We can wait one more day and see if they send the label. Do you still have the fur vest or did that ship to someone else? I guess you’ll need a new label too.
