silvereality @embee65 hey embee, my feedback was not a personal attack. The coat does have a strong odor. It is not a bad scent, like cloves mixed with other spices possibly. I think it’s possible it will come out with a wash. Just as you assured me: the color is gorgeous!!! and even though the fit is not as expected, I will be able to wear the coat to stay warm and maybe it’s an unexpected style choice that I’ll learn to love.

silvereality @embee65 the main reason for that feedback is because you encouraged me that it would not be necessary to see the jacket modeled. The fit is WILDLY different than the photos indicate. If it were still an option to return if, I would. I did want to give it a chance, and that was a mistake.

silvereality @sharekindness it is so mysterious- I do trust the usps and I live in a very secure building. I think the mailbox was too full to add the package but then usps should have informed me of the alternative - if I’m supposed to contact them I don’t even know where to contact them 😔

erica_erikitty @silvereality hi there! I'm so sorry to see that you rated my service a 3 due to issues with usps allowing their drivers to smoke in their vehicles. This is a well known issue and I'm hoping that with more experience on posh you will realize that you are actually supposed to rate the seller, not the items fit or how it looks or something like that. I have not even been around someone that smokes cigarettes in at least 8 years so I am positive the scent happened during transit...

erica_erikitty @silvereality and in over 1100 sales here on posh alone I've never once heard my items smelt like smoke. You were able to return them if you hadn't rated already 🤷🏼‍♀️would never have known the button hole is on the smaller side since they were never removed from the retail package you received. I never even laid hands on them. I'm sorry you wernt happy with my service but judging from other poshers comments here, it seems you tend to have issues often.
