Hi Paige- I believe I accidentally sent you the wrong order (must have mixed the labels up). A customer just said they received the dress you ordered so I think you may be getting her dress (it’s a maroon long sleeve mini dress). Please let me know once you get the package so i can fix my mistake.

@pg_kt I think we have to open a case unfortunately. Posh should create a label to ship it back. I wish there were an easier way. The other buyer already opened her case after contacting me. I told her just to open it now to speed up the process. I think they will have you send the items back to me and refund you and have you repurchase.

@pg_kt oh no! If it says it’s been delivered, I would ask your neighbors and check with your postman. Also, send an email to Poshmark. If it is a lost or misdelivered package, you should be reimbursed. I’m so so sorry - Let me know and I will make sure you are taken care of.

@foxarazzi yes unfortunately it never made it to my house /: also I’ve been in the process of moving and As of today have officially moved to a new address, I updated it on the Poshmark website. How does the recording process work..?

@pg_kt well first send a message to Poshmark so you can be reimbursed. They handle all that and release of funds. Did you check with the post office yet? You’ll want to do that, too. If you’ve moved did you add a forwarding address? 😊 I will have to find out if the vendor still has the item available
