mynolaclothes @pam_cooper when you get the package you have the option to hit accept or problem/inquiry you ever have a problem it's best to contact the seller 1st then open a case by hitting problem it can be for damaged or defective or not as described then posh makes a decision on the return most sellers like myself would rather take it back than have a poor rating and someone unhappy
