Sorry about the envelope packaging. You are the first to complain about something like that! I’ve had problems with the one envelope tearing in usps processing so I send with a bubble envelope as they have suggested. Been selling for 8 years as a 5 star seller. Glad you thought the slippers were awesome, tho and glad I marked them down for you, too. Appreciate your honest feedback.
