missshenita37 The description clearly stated the Gucci boots had a scuff mark. To give someone a one star is rude when you could have simply returned the boots if you did not like them instead of accepting them. They were $350 boots that you got for $120. I’ve sold over 40 items on Poshmark and the quality of my products show through my ratings. In the future, you should never accept an item if it’s a 1 star like you say. Have a blessed day
