pgeffen52 @rebekahm82 I don’t know what else to do to get help. I have emailed and emailed to get an answer and I am ignored. I sent a package that post office never scanned. I finally received an email that my account would be credited insured amount. It’s been a long time and my account has not been credited. I NEED HELP! CAN YOU HELP ME?

pgeffen52 @rebekahm82 I looked and it was Chaniel. I replied to her email just now as I am having a problem getting my sister signed up because we have the same address. Thank you so much for your help. It did not occur to me to go to email and reply directly to it. I have to say I LOVE Poshmark but customer service needs work. Thank you. I appreciate your response. I really want this to work for me and I am open to any and all advice. Are you one of the inventors or did you start from scratch like me?

flippintreasure @pgeffen52 I started from scratch jus like you. I agree and think customer service needs a little work. But yes replying back directly from the email sent to you does work best within my experience. As far as your sister goes, what is it saying when you go to sign her up?

pgeffen52 @rebekahm82 It said account already at this address. Purchase canceled. I told her to temporarily use my cousin’s address who lives across the street to get her started until she can get resolved. I tried calling them but the machine is full so I couldn’t leave a message.
