mchiovitti12 So my offer then is $30 for all three, and then what will shipping be? Can you get back to me? If it is too much I can't afford the total. Really there were only 2 I really wanted.... so let's say $20 for two, and your shipping at $7.50 for each sounds perfect, too. Does that help? Is this just your email thread or is this public so everyone can read it?

pattyloub @mchiovitti12 why don’t you make me an offer of $25 for all three and see what the shipping cost is. I don’t know if you see that or I do. Before I accept the offer I’ll send you a message to see if it is acceptable for you. Does that work? The total for you should be less than $50, if I’m estimating correctly.

pattyloub @mchiovitti12 I am so sorry that you did not receive the brides in good shape. I don’t understand how they could be so destroyed including a black mark up the side. How could that have happened? So odd. I am sad that you did not get what you wanted. Please tell me what you were charged for the two brides you received. This is very disappointing for you and me. I will send you a refund.

mchiovitti12 I have been away most of the day, sorry for late delay, so the amount i paid for two which came in broken (I am saving the box, too, and can take pictures, and I wonder if 1) was it so cold while shipping that they cracked, or 2) is it possible they were like this and perhaps you didn't inspect them, just shipped? or 3) they were dropped a couple of times and with the cold weather, they just couldn't take the hits? mchiovitti12 So, on my charge card there are these amounts: For Heather, I was charged $14.36, but I didn't want her after all, seeing all the broken flowers in her hair (hard to hide those!) but the charge went through, and for these two lovelies, which my heart is broken, it was $29.31.

mchiovitti12 Patricia, thank you so much for Heather, the Centennial Bride which arrived today. She is so pretty, I am sorry I almost didn’t want her!!! Thank you for being SO VERY SWEET, generous and unselfishly giving over and beyond the call of duty. (I don’t know how to leave a “Love Note”, but would if I could!) I was amazed as the package arrived and it was like each layer held a new gift or surprise! I felt like Christmas and at my age, that isn’t a feeling I get to experience very often, anymore!!

mchiovitti12 I guess as I get older, I am even more sensitive to how easily people can be offended or hurt and then misunderstandings cause hard feelings and as I always say, with two sons in military, one Army, one Marine, how can I pray for world peace at night yet be a party to ruin relationships by day?? We each must do our part. I am sorry for all that transpired, but what is most important is we part as friends! Thank you (did you cancel the thing you sent me, I ripped it up ;) haha!
