I received my package today and was so excited because now I get to wear the black patent leather boots with the jacket I supposedly purchased this weekend to a party. So when I opened the box I see a nice Thank You card. But when I opened the package it was a black mini skirt not the Black Patent Leather Peplum Jacket I was excited to see. WHAT HAPPENED
