Hi. I mailed the ring. I didn’t mention it is under warranty for all parts accept the main center stone through Kay Jewlers. Let me know if you want to transfer the warranty to your name. This way you can get it redipped in white gold for free in addition to the warranty.

Hi again. Glad you are satisfied with the ring. It definitely is gorgeous. Did you receive the appraisal as well? I contacted Kay’s about transferring the warranty. They advised they do not transfer them. If you need it to be redipped in white gold, we can try to contact the Kay’s in your area to see if I could put it under my name and have you drop it off and pick it up. Completely up to you.
