teachposhrepeat @hannah987654 - So everything on Poshmark is set to $6.49 shipping, UNLESS it's the first item sold from a new closet (then its $3.99 I believe). However, lots of sellers will negotiate on pricing with you - so let's say you liked a $40 item. If you use the "offer" button to submit a $33 offer, many sellers might accept (thus, covering the cost of shipping and getting FREE shipping essentially).

teachposhrepeat @hannah987654 - Hmm, that's a good question. Maybe .99 shipping is applied to your first purchase as a buyer automatically! (I honestly don't remember though - it's been years since I've made my first purchase). If you go to an item and click on "buy" .. if it says .99 shipping under it when you go to check out, then that's obviously what you want. If not, I do not know.
