chaintan @photowitch Hi there, thank you for the update. Unfortunately as of late we’ve had issues with receiving packages in general. There’s easy access so I’m not sure why they listed it that way but hopefully they will reattempt delivery soon. Please take care.

chaintan @photowitch just as an update, I’ve opened a ticket with USPS to find out why they haven’t delivered the package. Hopefully it will be resolved soon as I just can’t wait to get it! Thank you for being patient and understanding during this.

photowitch @chaintan I’m pretty sure your package is waiting for you at your local post office, usually when delivery attempts are unsuccessful they return it to the post office and hold it there temporarily until picked up. If you don’t retrieve it yourself they may just attempt at returning it to the sender.

chaintan @photowitch I tried to get in touch with them to pick it up or reschedule a delivery but they told me they couldn’t locate it at all. The only other advisement was to keep waiting on it to show up and for me to contact you ( the seller) so you could file insurance claim on it since they lost it.

chaintan @photowitch I went down to the post office but they couldn’t locate it. So I am unsure what to do now after contacting their customer service and getting no where. If it does get returned to you, please let me know? If you haven’t already, please file an insurance claim with USPS. I am truly sorry for all of this mess. This has never happened before until very recently and certainly never with anything I previously ordered through Poshmark. Thank you for your patience with me.

photowitch @chaintan I’ve filed a claim for missing or lost mail, will keep you updated as or if they update me. If package is sent back to me I will absolutely resend it. This is so unfortunate and I’ve never had this experience so I guess we’ll learn as we go.

chaintan @photowitch So it seems USPS has *suddenly* found the missing package but some how postage is due to a sum of $46.40? Otherwise they will simply send it back to you. SMH they couldn’t even find it a week ago, and the tracking number still has the same error so this is just getting weirder.

photowitch @chaintan how absolutely bizzare. Why would there be postage due if I used the Poshmark printed label AND they lost it for a week? I’ve never in my life had an issue like this with the mail. I suppose we’ll just have to wait till they send it back and then I’ll ship it to you again. How strange though
