jamielee_e @rachelmoore13 I’m sorry to hear that your purchase didn’t meet your expectations. I just wanted to assure you that everything in your bundle was absolutely brand new and ordered directly from the retailer. Neither item had been worn and there didn’t appear to be any imperfection upon my inspection. I hope your future purchases thru PoshMark are more satisfactory. You can always re-posh? rachelmoore13 @jamielee_e your posting said NWT and it wasn’t. The tags on the pants were removed and there was hair all over them.

jamielee_e @rachelmoore13 When I last checked both of those times were new and they both had tags attached? As for the hair you mentioned, I would hardly say the leggings were “covered”? I counted 2 hairs and 1 thread/string from your pictures. 😛

jamielee_e @rachelmoore13 It’s not uncommon for new items, especially with clingy fabric prone to static electricity, to attract a few little things like fuzz, lint or even a couple run-away-hairs? If there was any sign of wear, damage, stains, or flaws to the garments PoshMark would absolutely have allowed the return, but it just seems like a quick sweep with lint roller will fix the issue.

jamielee_e @rachelmoore13 When buying 2nd hand on an app like PoshMark you have to do your due diligence if you aren’t OK with items having come into contact with other humans. Most the items on PoshMark that are listed as NWT were probably tried on initially by the original buyer and then stored in their home for any period of time before finding a buyer.

jamielee_e @rachelmoore13 You can find amazing bargains on things like brand name clothing here, but you run the risk that things won’t be 100% perfect. It just isn’t realistic. That’s why PoshMark has very clear guidelines about returns and understanding the risks for buying at a discount.
