Excellent work filling your closet. I know you have much more to put in, plus your start is done well. Be prepared that some people will try & low ball u. You have high end & designer clothes. It may be good to at $20.00 or between $20.00 & $30.00.

mpp2108 @rjrkpt I say that because whatever u price, many people will put offers in for $6.00. Poshmark takes 20% of your sale. Just give a little more room for you to make money. Otherwise u would give to charity. Also, feel free to decline offers that r too low. Some people come back with higher offers or you can put in an offer.

mpp2108 @rjrkpt Sharing other's closets. Start out with who you are following. Click on one of your followers & you will end up at their closet. Look at the items in their closet. Pick items you like or that may be the 1st 4 to 6 and click on an item. Go down to next to comment button which is "share". Click "share" then the page switches, you go to top & hit "my followers". Then move on to share another item or to a new person u follow to share their items.

The construction of clothing was so different and they "don't make them like that anymore". In fact, for years I was obsessed with my grandmother's closet LOL in my mind she had such fun cool stuff even though other people thought it was outdated.

To try and keep my closet organized I made several divider posts which help the transition from one type of item to the next and I always share from the bottom of my closet to the top so if things stay in order. I share my entire closet at least once a day and on my nonwork days as much as three times a day which helps maintain the placement.

rjrkbythebay @margitscloset anytime you share anything from your closet it goes all the way to the top. So ideally if you are sharing to the party start at the bottom and share to your followers until the item that goes to the party, then share to the party so your whole closet stays in order.

I can see that you are new to Poshmark so I am going to give you some advice that I hope you understand is to help you - DO NOT advertise your own closet in other people's closets. It will quickly get you blocked by many people. You can tag some (put @ in front of their closet name) in YOUR OWN CLOSET if you want them to come look at your closet. Just don't do what you did here or people will report you, block you etc...

Come next door to Michael Kors where we have great sales going on!" Coach would not tolerate that. Neither does Poshmark. It's the same reason they don't allow people to advertise that they sell in other places for less.

I was judging a sweepstakes of young German Wirehaired Pointers and the one pictured was my winner and his breeder and owner. They are another very nice breed, but I love that the VIzslas have such short hair. Their eyes are blue when they are puppies but they turn to brown as adults.

In the evenings and every weekend I spend doing "dog" activities (hiking, competing in dog shows, hunt tests, dock diving, obedience, learning how to do agility...). Tons of fun! Rachel

rjrkbythebay @giantsgirl72 some people won't do follow games that are listed as not for sale because they know that you cannot drop the price to prompt people to return to your game and add the new followers. If you choose in the future to make another follow game I highly recommend you make it a for sale listing with an extremely high price and every few days drop the price.

One way I got my following so quickly was to go to the evening party and congratulate some of the host pick winners. Especially the ones who have beautiful listings, then they share my closet and follow me back. I like recommending new people that have never had a host pick to the party host. It often works! 😘

Under the shop icon at the bottom of the app you can get to the party (or click on the link that the host tagged you in). Your item is not featured in a special section of the party and you will probably notice you have an increase in followers and people sharing your stuff. Typically it’s nice to go on your listing, say thank you especially to the host. Some people share as a way to say Thanks.

Sellers encourage one another, share ideas and share items from each other’s closets regularly. rolnick Well that is very nice Rachel. I just put my beloved long-haired akita, Saki, to sleep who was 13 years old and had hip dysplasia that was becoming worse some days she could not get up any more. I am heartbroken and in pain. I miss my best friend. We will be traveling so we do not want to get a new dog right away but we will get a smaller medium size dog as my husband and I are getting older. By the way what kind dogs do you have?? Thank you for your interest.

rjrkbythebay @rolnick Mine are Vizslas. I usually talk people out of them because I know they are beautiful but they are very very active and for many people too much so. A great smaller breed to consider - English Cocker Spaniels. I have had two from the same breeder in Virginia, Lisa Ross, Winfree English Cockers and I would highly recommend her! Her dogs have fabulous temperaments and she is a breeder who supports her puppies for the rest of their life.

rjrkbythebay @dosojosverdes I just read your post. You can create a special bundle by creating a new listing with all four items the person wants to purchase. Have them by the new bundle FIRST Then cancel the original transaction.

I had a great mentor who helped me to. I am working on setting up Live presentations in my community to help new Poshers - If you are by chance in Maryland I will send you an invite!

I like to keep my Meet the Posher Page primarily for new people introducing themselves and use my other posts for specific questions (I have one for basic conversation, one for questions/answers, one for sharing advice, and a few others). You only get 600 comments per listing and then your listing is full.
