time_warpdrobe @rachmariestyle Posh will email the prepaid shipping label. It’s good to inform the buyer when you’ve shipped. Most ship within 2 days, but if the item remains unshipped by the 7th day, the buyer can cancel the order. You can use any Priority Mail or Priority Mail Flat Rate box or envelope, as well as any plain brown boxes. It’s nice to include a thank you note along with wrapping the item in simple tissue paper and ribbon. Adhere the label to the box and drop it off at your local P.O. :)

Anyone who asks you to text / email them is not legitimate. They tend to prey on newcomers. All communications and transactions are through Poshmark.
