whatrachelfinds @melissazier Unfortunately I don’t have much of an update other than they are extremely behind due to low staffing related to COVID and that they are working as fast as they can. I tried calling today but got no further answers. I’m going to send another email. I know this is so frustrating and I’m sorry, I wish I could do more 😔
