rachel_kintner @pdeank123 thank you so much! It’s a drawing of my gramma by a friend from around that time, Roberta… I loooove that picture. There’s a photo of her when she was a teenager. She’s standing profile (and WHAT a profile! Hubba hubba! 😳😳), her head turned toward camera, in front of a cornfield. She was Miss N. Carolina. Mean lady. Very mean. But beautiful.

rachel_kintner @pdeank123 oh she was funny as HELL! And when she got together with her sisters?! Holy Toledo the laughs didn’t stop! I’ll never forget when I was around 10 years old we were visiting the sisters in North Carolina. We were on our way home from greasy ass southern food split between 2 cars. They start speeding up…as they pass there’s two gigantic old lady bums pressed to the passenger side windows, moonin’ us! Crazy stuff like that! She was meanest to my mom 😢
