aliciavaroz Hi 👋 So sorry you were not satisfied with your purchase. I wear a size 9 so I was not able to try these out and wear them first before selling. I would have been happy to return them if you had wanted to cuz customer satisfaction is my number one concern. If the stickiness is from a tag maybe try a tiny bit of dish soap and a scruby sponge to get rid of it. The straps I'm not sure but sometimes I put a new hole in-between the others to even it out. Sorry again. Hope you have a nice weekend! 💞
